The Mitchell’s Island Resort meets Southern Winery Wedding

These are the moments we live for!!! Tara & Lamar’s wedding day was an epic experience. Full of Southern Winery Charm while bringing the colorful Luxury Resort Vibes. Our Studio Heart Wedding design came alive with the beautiful scenery at Gin Creek as a backdrop and all the love, laughter, and joy of family and friends as the powering force.

When we first talked to Tara, she had fallen in love with one of our previous weddings that was all about classy, modern neutrals with a light pop of color. Still, she loved the vibrant colors and fun of an island destination resort wedding, but we wouldn’t make our bride choose. Instead, we created a unique color-blocked floorplan wedding design that started with all the classy, simple neutrals at the ceremony, moved to a colorful island resort feel during the cocktail hr, and blended both in the wedding reception to tell the dream #MakingItMitchell wedding story.
