Sophisticated Crystal Waterfall Multicultural Wedding

When it has taken a lifetime to find each other, the love that grows heals and strengthens the heart with understanding, dedication, and passion, and it is strong enough to bring two cultures and two families together to create a strong bond. Mailen and Mike’s is a love story full of twist and turn with a sweet destination that made it worth the wait. Their first date was at Cascade park with the background of the waterfall. That is where they first knew they loved each other. So we used that as inspiration to bring those feelings into the design throughout the wedding to create a Sophisticated Crystal Waterfall design that blended modern and tradition to create a glam, elegant yet still fun and exuberant in energy day.
On the way to the rooftop for the ceremony, the guests were welcomed with a refreshing Mimosa as they made their way to the tent at the pool. With the inspiration of the cascading waters, the ceremony design we created for them was full of raining crystal waterfalls, starting with the tall crystal waterfall to walk under and start the journey down the aisle. Smaller versions enhanced the flower centerpieces and to complete it, a crystal cascade backdrop at the end of the aisle for them to say their vows and take the next step in the journey that started with the sound of cascading water all around them. We took the feeling of cascading water from that moment and turned it into inspiration for these crystal waterfall centerpieces falling straight into our tables and topped with an oversized elaborate flower design to make a statement in the design. Echoing patterns in different mediums is a great way to add a sublayer of design to a table setting. For this wedding, we layered swirls in the fabric of the runner, the metal in the laser cut napkin ring, and the stationery with the place card design. The combination and addition of that kind of touches in an event is an integral component of making each design unique

To incorporate Mailen’s Cuban heritage, the couple wanted the guests to have a little taste of a well known and respected tradition that is nearly a century old: Hand-rolled Cigars. During cocktail Hr & Reception the guests could enjoy a hand-rolled cigar at the lounge or take one home for later. The custom Wedding Martini Bar was a request from the groom. After a martini tasting, the couple selected their favorite 6 for their guests to enjoy including this Hypnotic Martini with Dry ice that was a complete hit. To incorporate Mike’s middle eastern heritage the couple had a life Arabic singer and band to Mc their entrance and also interact with all the guests on the dance floor and created a great energetic ambiance through the night.
