Our client’s business/brand focuses on creating a home-like, safe, relaxed, luxurious space for clients to work on healing both mind and body. So, every detail of this event represented those principles.
The guests were welcomed with a wellness green tea shooter wall, then walked the green carpet to be personally held by the owners before heading to tour the facility. During the tour, they saw all the amenities and enjoyed some of them, like massages in the relaxation lounge.
Walking into the courtyard, they were greeted by a favor table strategically placed to allow everyone to enjoy the peace and serenity of the environment while taking home stress balls and positivity coins to brighten their day. Walking back to the main building, they stopped at a second strategic area with a backdrop for pictures and TV interviews before heading to the dining room for refreshments.
We designed the dining room with a clean and fresh approach by keeping the setting simple and accenting the table with fresh flowers. The flower design we picked represents our client’s brand in multiple ways. First, they have a fresh-picked, wild garden feel for that relaxed, calming ambiance they want to create. Second, the meaning behind the flowers; alstroemeria blooms are said to symbolize solid bonds and the importance of nurturing relationships, which are critical elements to the kind of relationships our clients want to build with their patients and purple tulips are identified with elegance, and refinement which are cornerstones of our what our clients want their facility to represent. Thirdly, the color-blocking arrangements were also created to evoke the colors in their logo.
The guests could also enjoy a delicious h’ordeuvres display with savory and sweet options and wellness games. Every detail was attuned and designed to convey the importance of the principles and philosophy our clients want their business to be known for. #sojournwellness2024#businessopening
