“House of Elite” Baby Shower

#TheHouses broke the house down to shower Baby J4 with lots of love in Elite Style, the one-of-a-kind way only Studio Heart can bring with full glam and lots of heart!! Every piece in this baby shower design was inspired by the story of these two and the journey they have been on together for 10 years leading up to baby #J4.

Our Studio Heart visuals are inspired by our client’s personal stories, which is why no two designs are ever alike for us. The floorplan was marked by four ceiling-to-floor balloon arches inspired by 4 main milestones in The House’s lives. First, when they meet as children when his mom taught in the school she went to. Second, their reunion as teenagers when they started dating. Third, their FAMU graduation and their marriage. The last one, their tenth wedding anniversary, and the road to baby J4. The arches lead the way to the “blooming area,” where the sweetheart table represents their success in carrying baby J4 successfully to term. The fresh flower centerpieces for the sweetheart table were a gradient starting from green (the hope of a baby) to white with a green center (being blessed with conception) to full blooming in yellow at the top (to prepare for baby J4 arrival). The Throne sofa, crystal table with beaded legs were a bright celebration luxuriating in 10 years of marriage for these two. The table was monogrammed to represent their Royal House.

The love and support of friends and family have been a constant blessing for The Houses in their 10-year marriage and road to their first baby. At the baby shower you could feel the shared joy in all the smiles and mountain of presents these two received to welcome baby J4. J4 is one lucky baby boy that will be spoiled by many and protected throughout his life!!!
