The customary Studio Heart details for this Beauty & The Beast Quinceanera Extravaganza design were INSANE. It took five days of layering details large and small from ceiling to floor to bring this large design to life. We focused on creating an overall concept representing different scenes in the movie as you moved across the floor plan.
The large design starts with “Once upon a Time” backdrop followed by “The Black” or Frozen woods when Belle’s dad first gets lost and find the frozen castle. Then “The town of Villeneuve” where Belle lives and finds he dad’s horse coming back alone after The Beast imprison her dad. Then moves on to “The Red Rose Library” after Belle switches places with her dad and stays in the castle and starts to get close to the Beast. Then the scenes moves to “Gaston’s Le Pub” where Belle’s dad arrives asking for help to go kill the beast and save his daughter. The last section transitions into the castle Ballroom as Belle dances with the beast. Ends with a massive 35ft backdrop installation design with cake and sweets where everyone finds their happily ever after and celebrate as the beast has found true love with Belle. We wanted this elaborate story to develop in stages and let the guest walk through the whole story as they move through the room!!
We stayed focused on making each table decor bring to life the particular section of the film it represented so each guest would immerse themselves in a part of the story. As usual, this one-of-a-kind Studio Heart story-driven design came alive for one night only for Elizabeth, and we will never repeat it.
