This was the historic grand opening of the first black-owned and women-owned Title company in Fl: @capitalhillstitle When our clients Danielle Andrews & Tamara Patrick came to us to create their grand opening event, they wanted something unique and representative of their brand. We mixed luxury and comfort to create a modern event focused on brand awareness, and on the people aspect of the business by providing a highly personalized experience, like the service they intend to deliver to their clients.
For the design, we created a large custom balloon installation to frame a wall-sized logo backdrop and accented by fresh flowers to mix that sense of fun and luxury for the guests to take pictures. Smaller versions of that installation framed the food and bar area. Fresh flowers decorated the cocktail tables, and a large arrangement anchored the food table.
To keep temperatures and safety in mind, we custom create individually packaged charcuterie grazing boxes, and cupcakes, both customized with the logo for the guest to enjoy. Two signature Mocktails appropriately named Capital MockGria and Bubbly Hills Punch, were served in our logo-branded bar with monogrammed napkins as refreshments. A sanitizing station with customized masks and hand-moisturizing sanitizer completed the set.
The event brought together Tallahassee Mayor John E. Dailey, The Capital , commissioners Curtis B. Richardson, and Diane William Cox, The Capital City Chamber of Commerce, colleagues from the business community, friends, and family for a ribbon-cutting that mark a new beginning for the Title Services industry in Fl.
