Holiday Inspection in Wonderland

With this holiday celebration design we created a whole miniature wonderland world the guests could dive into starting by crossing a 10 foot tall magnificent and fun custom arch that had them going down the holiday rabbit hole as they enter the room. Rabbit, Cheshire cat and our own Mad Hatter Lady invited everyone to dive in head first. Our Mad Hatter Lady was sure at work ahead of time to create a number of unique hats for all the residents of this wacky holiday wonderland. We wanted each of the guests to have their own personal experience of this wonderland, so we packed the tables with character and scenes; each telling their own story as experienced from different angles. When you go into this wonderland it most be head first, but no worries the flamingos will watch over you as you embark on this journey.
The clients wanted something special to give each of the company employees as holidays gifts along with their bonus, so rather than using a traditional gift bag, we custom created monogrammed coolers they can later use to bring their lunch to work and filled with their own custom made hat with the company logo, and other holiday goodies including a flamingo candy package.
Because of their schedule the company employees work mostly in two shifts, so to promote team unity and get the members from both crews to get to know each other, we created a series of team building exercises that had everyone laughing and having a good time while building a sense of community during the staff meeting portion of the event which then lead on to a night of dancing and celebrating a year of good work and growth for the company and the entire team.
