We are happy to be have the Tally Food Insider Dinner Series back with a series of exciting and interesting Pop-Up dinners through the year starting with our Cuban Coffee Holiday Celebration of Cuban Flavors & Local Arts on December 15th. For our first pop-up we are taking you to a local Cuban restaurant and one of our favorite places to eat: Havanas Boardwalk owned by Erick and his wife Johanna. Together we want to take you on a white tablecloth 1950s luxury style Cuban journey of our Cuban food tradition but with an ever popular Cuban coffee fine dining twist.

Let the sweet notes of Cuban Coffee delight your taste buds by infusing its essence into a Cuban Holiday feast with 4 coffee inspired course, and let the art and music carry you away to a sophisticated coffee house where flavor and Art are prime in rhythm, paper, canvas and kitchen.

1st Course
Coffee Balsamic Shrimp Ceviche Lettuce Cup paired with a glass of Sauvignon Blank

2nd Course
Yuca & Garbanzo Bean Bisque With a Coffee Butter Cuban Bread Toast Point paired with a Red Sangria

3rd Course
Coffee Rubbed Pork Tenderloin with Mojo Caviar, Moros and Lemon Glazed Boniato Fries paired with a glass of Cabernet Savignon

4th Course
Coffee Infused Tres Leches Cake Flan paired with an Irish Cuban Coffee

MUSIC: Enjoy original music from Cuban singer/songwriter Elio Delgado and the sweet saxophone sounds of Craig Beacham.

POETRY & ART: Enjoy the heartfelt works of Local Author and Poet Cynthia Rose and the creative work of young artist Annalise Renee' Seay who brings canvases to life with coffee as her medium.

Tally Food Insider Popups is a Signature Culinary & Cultural Dinner Series and one of our longer running projects; designed to bring handcrafted experiences with a bold signature to Tallahassee. Each dinner concept is uniquely designed to tell a story that expands from the design and decor to the menu. For each dinner we create a one of kind event design that matches the concept and we go about putting together a team of local chefs, musicians, performers, musicians, artists, poets, or story tellers that will become an integral part of the story through their very own art to create a one of a kind experiential event that hist all your senses.
